Our first edition for 2025 celebrates culinary journeys. We share the inspiring stories of Chef Vusi Ndlovu, who brings the tastes of Africa to his new Cape Town spot, and Chef Stix Sithole, who is flourishing in the scorching heat of the Kalahari. We are thrilled to launch a new series showcasing South Africa’s diverse culinary offerings, beginning our tour in the Northern Cape. We are also mindful of the bread-and-butter issues facing the industry.
