Dessert aficionados are invited to embark on an indulgent journey into the deliciously vibrant world of all things Dessert! SA’s first Dessert Expo will be making its debut on the 23, 24 & 25 November 2018 at the Cape Town Stadium in Greenpoint.
Ever dreamed of walking through an endless wonderland of exquisite desserts and sweet treats? Then this expo is the ultimate dream come true. Show visitors will find everything from cakes and macarons, to pastries, gelato, handmade chocolate, cookies, fudge, ice-cream, donuts, truffles, brownies, cupcakes, dessert cocktails and more – it’s a dessert foodie paradise! Dessert enthusiasts are invited to get ready to treat themselves to a range of indulgent delights.

Expo visitors will be able to sample and buy tasty treats, discover their new favourite restaurant, bakery, confectionery and/or patisserie.
This 3-day live event will highlight new industry trends, ideas and recipes and expose attendees to special offers and giveaways. Visitors will be able to enjoy workshops hosted by industry specialists & chefs and stock up on the latest supplies and discover new business opportunities. This event is suitable for everyone – it’s a great day out for the whole family and friends!

With a wide range of demonstrations covering everything from baking, chocolate tempering, baking science, sugarcraft and more, show visitors will be inspired!

Capsicum Culinary School Patisserie Lecturers will also be hosting a number of demonstrations over the Expo weekend. Demonstrations are free of charge to Dessert Expo visitors.
